Meet Our Founder

It started with solving real compliance problems for real businesses.

Early in my career, I saw employers and employees repeatedly struggle with Provident Fund and statutory compliance — delayed filings, rejected claims, unclear notices, and mounting penalties. What should have been a straightforward process often turned into months of confusion and stress.

I began stepping in to help — reviewing cases, correcting records, coordinating with departments, and guiding clients step-by-step until their PF matters were resolved properly. Each successful closure reinforced one belief: compliance should not feel like a burden when the right expertise stands beside you.

That purpose led to the foundation of H N Gupta Tax Consultancy LLP — a firm dedicated to Provident Fund consultancy, tax compliance, payroll and labour law support for businesses that want to stay secure and compliant.

He plays a key role in guiding organizations through PF registrations, filings, claim settlements, inspections support, and end-to-end compliance management.

With a practical, solution-oriented approach, he works closely with employers and HR teams to streamline PF and payroll compliance processes, reduce regulatory risk, and ensure accurate documentation and timely submissions.
